Why work with me?
I’m a registered dietitian and culinary-focused wellness educator who believes that good food doesn’t need to be complicated, and nutrition doesn’t need to be restrictive. After living in Paris when I was younger, I learned to appreciate how simple ingredients and seasonality can guide both flavor and nourishment. It’s a philosophy that shows up in everything I teach.
My demos and workshops always leave people with:
A better understanding of what nourishes them
Recipes or ideas they feel excited about
A spark of culinary confidence
A reminder that beautiful, nourishing food can also be simple
