Nourish + Flow is an 8-week guided program designed to help you fuel your body, move with intention, and support your pelvic floor - whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently experiencing pregnancy, or healing after birth.

This isn’t a restrictive meal plan, one-size-fits all lecture on what you “should” be doing.

It’s a judgment-free, deeply supportive program that honors your real life, your evolving needs, and your desire to feel strong, nourished, and connected before, during, and after pregnancy.

    This is an immersive, unique 8-week experience designed by a Registered Dietitian and Pilates Instructor (hi, that’s me!) to help you feel strong, nourished, and supported through every stage of motherhood.

    Each track is tailored to the unique nutritional, physical, and emotional needs of your current season - with the same core intention: To help you feel good in your body and confident in your next step.

Hi! I’m Jane.

I’m Jane, a registered dietitian and certified Pilates instructor specializing in pre-pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum wellness. I created Nourish + Flow because I saw a huge gap in care for women in these life stages — and I believe you deserve more than random Googling, outdated advice, and one-size-fits-all meal plans. Let’s change that.
