I’m Jane Leverich.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Pilates instructor in Denver, CO. I’m here to partner with you.

4 years ago I took a leap of faith and began to completely overhaul my career. I left the world of banking and private equity to pursue my lifelong passion - empowerment through food, nutrition, and fitness.

Here I am today, an RDN and Pilates instructor, passionate about sharing the importance, as well as the science, of nutrition and movement with others.
