I’m Jane Leverich.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), food writer and Pilates instructor in Denver, CO.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics, and I received training at esteemed institutions including Children’s Hospital of Colorado and Anschutz Medical Campus.

As a dietitian, I understand the science of how food acts as fuel to truly support the body. But my philosophy comes from something deeper: The belief that food should also support your life.

You know how some food writers make you want to run to your kitchen, and some dietitians make you want to run away from yours? I live somewhere in the middle.

I believe that nourishment comes from flavor, joy and the everyday act of cooking something delicious. My work blends evidence-based nutrition with the kind of sensory, satisfying food that makes you feel something.

I help people feel confident and connected in their kitchens—not by telling them what they “should” eat, but by showing them how fun and beautiful eating well can be.

Through my newsletter, recipes and writing, I want to make you feel inspired, grounded and hungry in the best way. Whether it’s building a balanced meal that actually tastes good, discovering what’s in season or hosting friends around a table that feels intentionally you—my goal is to make nourishment the easiest, most delicious part of your week.
