Hi there!

I’m Jane Leverich.

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for helping women eat well without the endless cycle of rules, restriction, and stress.

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and I received training at esteemed institutions including Children’s Hospital of Colorado and Anschutz Medical Campus.

As a dietitian, I understand the science of how food acts as fuel to truly support the body. But my philosophy comes from something deeper: The belief that food should also support your life.

That’s why I’ve developed an approach inspired by timeless French principles — balance, quality, ritual, pleasure and joie de vivre.

After living in Paris a few years ago, I was inspired by the French approach to life, but especially the French approach to food and nutrition.

In France, meals are never just fuel; they’re an experience. A long lunch with friends, a simple piece of good bread, a cup of coffee savored slowly — these are small rituals that bring both nourishment and pleasure.

I help my clients integrate this perspective with evidence-based nutrition, so they can:

Feel confident in their food choices without counting or obsessing

Improve digestion, energy, and satisfaction at meals

Build habits that feel sustainable and chic — not rigid or overwhelming

Whether you’re here to transform your relationship with food or to rediscover the joy of eating, my goal is simple: To help you find a way of eating that feels both effortless and deeply satisfying.

Because true health isn’t about perfection — it’s about balance, quality, and joie de vivre. journey
