Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites
These Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites come together in less than 10 minutes.
As a dietitian, I often recommend incorporating Greek yogurt into meals and snacks because it’s versatile, satisfying, and a great source of protein. That said, not everyone loves sitting down to a bowl of yogurt—especially in the morning or afternoon. That’s where these Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites come in.
They offer the same protein-rich benefits of Greek yogurt, but in a more fun, snackable form. Paired with fiber-rich carbohydrates from berries and granola, plus fats from peanut butter and half-and-half, these bites make a truly balanced snack that helps support energy and satiety. And maybe best of all—they taste like a little treat.
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes + 5 hours to freeze
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1/4 cup half and half (you can use regular milk or milk alternatives here if you’d like)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup mixed berries (or any fruit of your choosing)
Directions:
Step 1: Combine the Greek yogurt, half and half, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix everything together until well combined and creamy.
Step 2: Take out an ice cube tray (you can use a bigger tray like mine or a smaller tray—your choice). Evenly distribute the granola and mixed berries into the bottom of each of the ice cube slots.
Step 3: Cover the granola and berries with the Greek yogurt mixture, evenly distributing in each ice cube slot. Gently pat the ice cube tray on the counter to even out the mixture.
Step 4: Put the ice cube tray in the freezer for at least 5 hours and allow the Greek yogurt bites to freeze. Once frozen, pop out of the ice cube tray and enjoy!
