I’m Jane Leverich, a Registered Dietitian and Pilates instructor.

I specialize in female-specific nutrition, and I believe women should feel confident in their food choices and empowered in their physical, mental, and emotional strength at every stage of life.

Here’s the thing…

It’s hard to feel empowered in our food and exercise choices. We lead busy, unique lives, so nourishing our bodies and moving our bodies aren’t always prioritized. Sustainable nutrition and low impact movement are the keys to working towards and achieving your mental and physical health goals during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.

Introducing The Nourish + Flow Method

The Nourish + Flow Method is my signature 8-week nutrition + Pilates program designed to help pre-pregnant, pregnant, and postpartum women feel energized, supported, and at home in their changing bodies - with expert guidance every step of the way.

This program is designed to help you fuel your body, move with intention, and support your pelvic floor - whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently experiencing pregnancy, or healing after birth.
